New carpeting in the bedrooms (Master - king, Guest - queen) with flat screen T.V.'s and cable, and a deck over looking the beach with river view, to step out on and enjoy from both bedrooms. On the other side of the condo - enjoy the deck outside the living room and kitchen with a marina, beach, and pool view.
This gated community offers a private boat ramp, marina, beach, pool, spa, club house, long dock on the river, and spectacular water/sunset views.
